Symbolic thought establishes the connection between the two halves of the World
that are inside and outside; the Self itself becomes the reflected image of the Universe,
it becomes a Microcosm, and this in turn in the enlarged image of the personal Self,
it becomes a Macrocosm. Knowledge, Recognition, which returns to the images
of the beginning is not the same as Rational Knowledge.
